What counts as a "truck"?
Each active power unit (truck/tractor) in your fleet counts as one truck. Trailers, drivers, and user accounts are unlimited on all plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans include custom onboarding and training — pricing is discussed during the sales consultation.
How long does onboarding take?
Most fleets are fully operational within 5-7 business days. ELD integration (Samsara) typically connects in under an hour. Data migration from your existing TMS is handled by our team.
